Google to Eventually Fire Unvaccinated Employees, as per Latest Report
Employees who do not comply with the vaccination mandate will move from paid leave to unpaid leave and eventually lose their jobs.

Alphabet's Google has told staff that those who refuse its Covid-19 vaccination mandate will lose pay and could eventually be dismissed. Employees had to share their vaccination status and upload proof by 3 December, with options to request a medical or religious exemption.
Non-compliant employees are first placed on paid administrative leave for 30 days, then on unpaid personal leave for up to six months, after which employment can be terminated.
Several hundred employees reportedly signed a manifesto against the mandate. Staff whose roles fall outside the executive order, and can be done remotely, may be allowed to work remotely permanently.
